So I am back from Ottawa. This means many things first and foremost it means that I can get way back on track of my points! Second it means that I will actually post on the group everyday including more recipes! (here's looking at you wren my one reader!)
How do I think I did while I was away? Good.....Meaning I feel about the same as before I left and my pants seem to fit about the same if not a little looser. I didn't weigh in because Friday was the start of my "happy time" of the month (as I like to call it), and I always go up in weight quite a bit at this time. Yes it may be a cop out but I will weigh in when I am feeling a little better. Then we shall see the verdict.........*scary music*

1I do Weight Watchers, on their 'points' plan. Sorry I don't always explain it in my blog! :}
2You are so impressively diligent about your points! I've heard it helps to write down what you eat. I'm working on that part. I'm so bad about figuring out calories!!
3It really does help. I am not always so good, but I try! :} If I stop for awhile and then write them down again its like "whoa, this makes life so much easier!". I am awful at figuring calories as well. Thats why I like the points method.
