I did it!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went jogging in the cold for the first time. It felt pretty good, but I can tell that once it gets colder I am going to need new gear.
I even jogged for 30min! Score!....Hey as all of us non joggers know that is a big accomplishment! I felt good, like I am out of the dying of agony stage and into the 'jogger' stage. If you can get what I mean.
Tomorrow is my last day before weigh in day, so I am going to try and get in some more jogging in. If I didn't over do it today that is. Yay for exercising!
I still cannot believe that I am enjoying it!
