I am finally back from all of my travels....From Ottawa to Syracuse for Turkey Day. It has been rough. I survived Ottawa...I gained 3lbs, but that is really good for when I am there.
It is crazy hard to eat right in an Austrian women's house....But I feel really good about the "small gain".

What I am really happy about is surviving Thanksgiving! Thats right.....I did not gain one stinking pound! Score! I even had to go through 2 different Thanksgiving dinners, and I survived them both! So awesome.

All I did was take small amounts (yes I know everyone says that)....But I found that it was actually really easy to do. I did not deny myself anything, but I did not go crazy either. I even had a beer and some wine! So it is possible, even when you splurge a little bit. Good news!

So I now call myself a jogger. Yes....a jogger. I jog....I never thought I would, but I find myself wanting to jog instead of running on the elliptical. It is awesome.....I feel soooo good afterwards.

I now find myself looking for winter running gear....This is GREAT! In fact I am going to the store tomorrow!

I have a plan to lose almost the rest of my weight by Christmas day. If I could get to be within 4 to 6lbs of my goal I will be one wayyyy happy camper!

To do that I am hoping to have a stellar week this week, with a loss of about 5lbs....I really feel like I can do it.....wish me luck!

So right now I am at.........

150.5lbs
0+/- from last week
20.5lbs to go
29.5lbs lost
180.0 starting
weigh in on Friday

I feel fabulous, they are right....if you just stick with it you will come to like exercise.
