I have been spending some free time looking at the point's values in all of my fav. restaurants. So I thought I would share them with you guys so you don't have to do the leg work!

I have printed out a copy of all of them and put it in my glove box. It is sooo handy, now wherever I go to eat out I instantly have a list of what are good options. This makes it so I can focus on what might be tasty rather than what has hidden fats! It also saves me from giving in!

Sandwiches (½):
5 Smoked Turkey Breast on Sourdough

* you can substitute any bread choice you would like most of the time

2 Low-Fat Chicken Noodle
2 Low-Fat Black Bean

Salad (½):
1 (Small) Fresh Fruit Cup
2 Classic Café Salad
3 Grilled Salmon Salad
4 Fandango Salad
4 Asian Sesame Chicken Salad
6 Fuji Apple Chicken Salad
6 Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Bagels (1):
6 Everything
6 Plain
6 Whole Grain
6 Sesame
8 Asiago Cheese
8 Dutch Apple Raisin

3 Reduced Fat Cream Cheese (2oz)

Bread (2oz):
2 Country 3 Three Cheese
2 French (Artisan) 3 Sourdough
2 Sesame Semolina 3 Tomato Basil
2 Rye 3 French
2 Whole Grain 3 Honey Wheat

*these breads have no preservatives (which is great!) so store them in the fridge
